Opening the Book for Everyone

Ampere is proud to join the Government of Canada’s Equitable Access to Reading Program (EARP). The program aims to increase the availability of alternate format reading materials for persons living with print-related disabilities.

On this page, you’ll find hundreds of accessible STEAM learning and educational materials, magazines and curriculum in English, French and Inuktitut. You can also access our how-to guide, designed to help others convert their own materials to accessible formats. While the program focuses on supporting rural, remote, northern, and Indigenous communities across Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavik, and Nunatsiavut, people from coast-to-coast-to-coast with (or without) print disabilities are welcome to access and enjoy the materials for free.

Whether you’re an educator, student, organization, or lifelong learner looking for access to more alternate format resources and reading materials, we invite you to check out our EARP resources below, and to come back regularly, as we continue to add more and more newly accessible resources.
