Etuaptmumk is the Mi’kmaq word for Two-Eyed Seeing: An Indigenous epistemology that teaches us to incorporate both Indigenous knowledge and Western knowledge in our learning practice. This approach is exemplified by the work of Enooyaq Sudlovenick, an Inuk researcher and the subject of the podcast accompanying the first lesson. This lesson series was also inspired by the life and work of Danielle Moore, who devoted herself to ocean conservation and equitable access to STEAM education for all.
